How can I contact you?
You can contact us by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner. We will respond within 24 hours.
Does my venue need WiFi?
If the venue does not have a stable connection, emails and phone numbers can be queued until a stable connection is reached. We also offer AirDrop capabilities, which does not require a wifi connection.
Do you offer printed photos?
We do offer printed 2x6 photos. All photos will be downloaded digitally or sent directly to the guest.
Is a backdrop required?
No, a backdrop is not required, but are included in photo booth packages.
Can event photos be viewed during the event?
Yes, event photos can be viewed at any time. If there is not a stable wifi connection, the photos can be shared through AirDrop or uploaded once the photo booth has a stable wifi connection.
How will guests receive their photos?
Guests can receive their photos through Text, Email, AirDrop, QR Code, or Online Gallery.
How will my pictures be personalized?
We offer custom overlays for all of your event photos.
Does the photo booth need an attendant?
No, the photo booth does not need to be supervised. We can drop it off and pick it up after the event concludes. It is to our discretion to choose whether or not an attendant is required.
How do I receive my audio guestbook?
Prior arrangements will be made for delivery.
How will I be able to choose my color of audio guestbook?
We will send you a questionnaire about your event after the retainer fee paid and contract signed.
Is there an attendant needed?
No attendant is not needed.
How soon should I book audio guestbook?
To make sure our phone is available for your event we would suggest placing your order as soon as possible.
What is the turnaround time?
The turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks after the event.
Is there a limit on how many voicemails we can record?
No! We will send you all the voicemails that is left on the phone.
Does the audio guestbook require WIFI?
No! Our phones are completely wireless and can be placed anywhere!
